1. Fill Out the Inquiry Form
Start by completing our inquiry form to help us understand your vision.

Decide between full-time or part-time travel
Explore layout, plumbing, and electrical options

2. Initial Consultation
After reviewing your form, we’ll connect to go over your build specifics.
Discuss needs, preferences, and must-haves
Answer any questions before moving forward
3. Custom 3D Rendering
This is where your vision starts to take shape. We create a custom 3D rendering to bring your van design to life.
Experiment with layouts, materials, and colors
Get a detailed visual representation of your build
Rendering Fee: $100, which will be credited toward your build if you move forward.
Approval: Once the rendering is complete, we’ll review and finalize the design together before moving to the next step.
4. Finalizing the Build Plan
With your rendering approved, we’ll prepare the build agreement.
Detailed breakdown of your van conversion
Product warranties and key specifications
Deposit: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit secures your spot. The $100 rendering credit reduces this to $900.
5. Building Your Dream Van
Now, the build process begins.
Second Deposit: On the drop-off day, a second deposit of 50% is due to cover material costs.
During the Build: We keep you involved and updated with regular photos and communication. You’ll feel like a part of the build throughout the entire process.
6. Delivery Day
Once your van is complete, we’ll walk you through every detail to ensure you’re comfortable with its features and functionality.
